Fill out Inquiry form
The first step is to fill-out the inquiry form and add all the details of your special day. The more details you can provide of your vision the better. Please include pictures and any other relevant information in the message box. There could be additional questions or email exchanges to clarify all the details. We return the quote in 24 hours. Sign up to our website to receive 10%.

Secure the date
Once the initial e-mail is sent and quote is provided, there is a 72 hour window to secure the date. We CANNOT guarantee that we will be available after this period of time if a deposit is not made. The refundable deposit is $100 with our easy booking service. Please be advised there is a delivery/setup fee depending on the location of your event. We also offer a *grab and go* option where you pick-up the balloon arrangements for a lower price. Full payment is due a week from your event date.

Balloon Installation
We will take it from here!
We arrive 2-3 hours before the events start-time. We work quickly to get all the details ready. We come with our own equipment (balloon inflators, ladders, magnets, etc) for a fast set-up. We will be taking pictures and videos of the event. Please tag us and share. If you're inclined, leave us a google review! We love our loyal customers and we always offer 10% for this loyalty.
In order to create a vision, you must also know what that vision entails. We have added our prices for clarity and transparency.
